Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to [scubastock@scubastock.net] or a letter to [Ash Walk, Ardee, Co. Louth, A92 YX4W, Irleland] stating your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear declaration. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, although it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that relate to:

• The supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately at [info@scubastock.net]. You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.

6. Refund Procedure

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the products, including the standard shipping costs. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
